| Sightings | Common and migratory. The early ones start coming into the layout around November just as the winter sets in and they vanish (where to?) around February just as early summer sets in. |
| Remarks | This is a little smaller than the myna, mostly seen in flocks flying together and perching on bottle-brush trees that line the layout avenues and feeding on the flowers. And in a single swoop all of them take off and head to another tree few metres away. Sightings more common during early mornings. The first sighting in November is a warm assurance that all is well with the World!! |
